EU Force: Somali pirates cannot be stopped by force
Pirates operating off the Somali coast will not be defeated by force alone, a top European naval officer says. "It is arguable how much of a deterrent effect counter-piracy forces are having," Thomas Ernst from the EU's anti-piracy task force Navfor said. This and more from BBC NEWS:
